This experience integrates equine facilitated learning exercises with Theory U, a systems change framework developed by Otto Scharmer of MIT that has applications for personal, organizational, and societal change processes. The session will weave together equine learning with Theory U philosophy and methods and will involve meditative, hands-off introductory exercises interwoven with hands-on relational exercises (in Theory U terms - sensing, deepening levels of listening in relationship, and presencing) followed by more hands-on, performative exercises (crystallizing, prototyping, and performing). This experience is a great opportunity to connect in with the local Theory U community and experience unique insights through equine facilitated learning.
The event is open to members of our local Theory U u.lab hub as well as to the public. In order to prioritize accessibility, this event is sliding scale $30-60.
Please note that participants will be sent the Longmont, CO ranch address upon registration.
