This 6 week series facilitated by equine learning facilitator Bridgit Wald partners participants with horses for powerful insights and the development of their personal and professional leadership.
Noting that we will be in a heated indoor arena, so we can continue regardless of temperature!
Our approach uses various forms of groundwork exercises that unite horse and human in a collaborative co-learning process that reveals the way participants relate to themselves and others and offers a practice ground for embodied growth.
Participants explore self-inquiry, deep listening, boundaries, self-mastery, collaborative leadership, non-predatory uses of power, and more. Immediate and actionable feedback from the horses facilitates the integration of new leadership styles and behaviors in real-time.
More specifically, participants will practice...
*Embodying their authentic modes of collaborative leadership
*Presence and understanding their unique energetic impact
*Development and mastery of non-verbal skills
*Cultivation of resilience in the face of obstacles
*Producing internal and external trust and safety
*Deepening the capacity to self-regulate
*Clarity of intention
*Integrating linear and nonlinear decision making processes
*Accessing intuition and wisdom
*Mindfulness tools that enhance presence and listening capacities
As a group, participants will learn more effective modes for group leadership through working on collective tasks that require communication, cooperation, and the ability to draw on all of the participants skills and resources.
There are 5 spaces available!
For participants who register for the series, the total cost is $225 ($50/session).
*If you are aware you cannot attend a session in advance, you can register for the sessions you can attend at this rate*
Drop-ins are welcome and are $55/session.
*Noting that registrants for the series have priority due to the power of consistent practice and group cohesion
No horse experience is necessary (in fact, often less is better!) and all activities take place on the ground. We work with a wonderful herd of horses that are well handled, good-natured, and specifically chosen for their suitability for these kinds of activities. We go through a thorough safety lesson and ensure all participants feel safe throughout the program.
All participants will be sent a questionnaire in advance surrounding their horse experience, intentions for the session(s), and personal and professional desired areas for leadership development.
Sessions take place at Wildsong Ranch, a beautiful 45-acre ranch dedicated to natural horse care and training. Driving and parking instructions will be sent upon registration.
Please message or email us (bridgit@equuslibere.com) to register. Payment information will be sent with the questionnaires.
Please let us know if you have any questions!
